Job Description
Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified location in a timely manner
Assisting with the loading and offloading of products and materials.
Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
Collect payments and issue receipts .
Promptly inform the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing
Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained
Providing accurate time record of the company vehicle's coming and goings
Reporting any accidents, injuries,and vehicle damage to management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is preferred
Proven experience as a driver
A valid driver's license
A clean driving record
Familiarity with GPS device
Knowledge of area roads and neighborhood
Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shift
A polite and professional disposition; ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g at rush hour)
Additional Information
Solid managerial skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
