Job Description
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop Juniorlevel staff into valuable salespeople
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Requirements and Skills
Candidates should possess an HND, BSc / BA Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field with 3-5 years of experience
Proven working experience as a business development manager, Sales Manager or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Market knowledge.
Salary N200,000 - N400,000 / Month.
