Description

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a courteous and timely manner.

- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material

- Knowledge of principles and process for providing customer service. This includes; customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

-Contribute to development and customer satisfaction of the company and work with the team to strategically execute main goals which is growth.

- Greeting and welcoming desks as they approach the front desk

- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and inquiries in our CRM system.

- Stay knowledgeable about products/services, pricing and company policies to provide accurate information.

-Collect, monitor, Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, professionalism and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction.

-Participate in review meetings to identify and track opportunities for improving client satisfaction.

-Assist in recommendation to customers offline and online to enable them achieve their desired goal.

Salary: ₦100,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
